GAS SPRINGS NEW GENERATION

162 PED 2014/68/EU 2480.00.71. b øa e h 13 Y X 30 ø9 e1 e2 h1 2480.00.71.00.03 subject to alterations Pressure reservoir including mounting clamps, for reduced pressure rise Description: The pressure reservoir and its base plates are made from the same high-quality steel as FIBRO gas springs. The installation of a pressurise reservoir in the compound system has the advantage of increasing the gas volume, which leads to a lower pressure build-up during operation. Apart from the purely technical pressure factors, a lower pressure build-up also has a positive effect on the service life of the system. Function: Depending on the size, the pressure reservoir has 3 to 6 connection holes with G1/8 (see view X, Y) on both sides, which serve as a connection to the control fitting or gas spring. Note: When installing a pressure reservoir, we recommend using the 24° cone hose system so as not to impair the gas flow. Fixing clamps (2x) are included in the scope of delivery. Calculating the isothermic increase in pressure* (*by approximation) Pressure build-up = Va [l] Volume of pressure reservoir, see table Vg 1) [l] For the gas volume of the gas spring, see the corresponding catalogue sheets. 1) Note: For the layout and gas volume of the spring type, please contact FIBRO!
