8 Guides for versatile blister packaging machines Due to the minimal clearance between punch and die, our guide elements offer the most efficient solution. Our guides are used in interchangeable punching tools on blister packaging machines enabling different punching variants for a wide variety of silver strips. Perfect diamonds thanks to precise guide elementsGuides for versatile blister packaging machines With our guide unit, the diamond is positioned and held securely during micro-polishing. Customer-specific pillars, bushes and ball cages are used to guarantee maximum accuracy and efficiency. These tailor-made components optimise the polishing process and ensure perfect results.. Million Guide Performance at the limit The „Million Guide" defines the maximum level for guide units. It offers the highest accuracy level in guidance and repeatability, as well as high dynamic load ratings, even at the highest lifting speeds. This increases the productivity and performance of your tools and machines, and saves costs in the long term. Guide elements + Die sets + Precision machined plates and flat bars + Chemistry Guide elements are crucial in tool and mechanical engineering for guiding and controlling movements and forces. Our wide range provides the option to select the optimal components for your machines and applications. This means you can achieve the best results even under harsh environmental conditions or in high-precision applications. Guiding

9 More automation in office furniture manufacturing Adding threads to thousands of thick sheet metal parts is a challenge. It becomes even trickier when tight cycle times have to be adhered to and there is a lack of space in the die. By using our electronic thread forming unit (FETU), the process has been successfully automated and productivity targets were actually exceeded. Gas springs New generation with improved performance FIBRO gas springs can be used in a wide variety of applications – from forming to cutting or punching. Thanks to safety features such as overpressure, overstroke and return stroke protection, they offer maximum safety for people and tools and comply with VDI 3003 and 3004 and ISO 11901 standards. The patented Wireless Pressure Monitoring System (WPM) monitors the pressure and temperature of springs wirelessly, permitting preventive maintenance, high process reliability, and less maintenance work. Also new is a preconfigured starter kit that offers easy integration and local monitoring via Bluetooth, entirely without cables. Springs + Elastomers + Cam Units + Die sets + tapping unit + Lifting and clamping devices Shaping Production of washing machine side parts For manufacturing side parts of washing machines, which are produced in very high quantities, durable FIBRO gas springs are used in the forming process to ensure trouble-free, efficient production. From body panels to white goods, to housing components or furniture fittings – our extensive product portfolio means we offer the right product for a wide variety of forming techniques. Whether in the automotive industry or in precision engineering: bank on efficiency and precision to take your production to the next level.

10 Improved power transmission with minimal space requirements The use of FIBRO gas springs in the plastic injection moulding of control knobs, handles and air conditioning ducts allows higher constant forces to be implemented in the smallest space, reduces maintenance costs and significantly increases product quality. Elastomers The universal product Our FIBROFLEX elastomers offer the widest range of options: from forming to cutting, bending, embossing, stripping, ejecting, absorbing or as part protection. The areas of application are wide-ranging and are particularly suitable for small quantities as a cost-effective solution as no complex tools are required. Springs + Elastomers Our broad range of spring elements includes gas springs, elastomer springs, compression springs, spring plungers and more. From traditional toolmaking to machine and fixture construction, our springs are utilised in a wide variety of applications. Springs FIBROFLEX replaces mechanical springs in small aircraft FIBROFLEX are used in small aircraft to reduce the weight. These innovative shock absorbers replace conventional mechanical springs, enabling a significant reduction in weight.

11 With punching needles for perfect spatial sound Perforating wood is a demanding task because the material is thin and must be processed without lubricants to ensure adhesion of glue and coating. This challenge was addressed by FIBRO by optimising the geometry of the punching needles. Efficiency and precision makes punching an indispensable process in many industries. Using punches and dies, both flat and shaped parts can be produced. Electric transporters provides a reliable and automated part transport. Thread formed at 150 strokes/min Integrating the FETU thread tapping unit into the punching and forming process achieved an increase in the production output of sockets of around 50%. The solution deployed here was a custom solution rather than a standard one. Integrated process monitoring also contributes to increasing product quality. Safe removal of clips From airbags to panels – vehicle manufacturers rely on clips for fastenings, manufactured as stamped and bent parts. The variety of part sizes and the light weights make outward transport difficult. Our electric transporter was used here and ensures trouble-free transport. Punching Precision components + Elastomers + Transporters & conveyor belts + Die sets + tapping unit + Cam Units + Lifting and clamping devices Electric transporters Quiet, efficient, sustainable Electric transporters impress with their cost-effectiveness and flexibility. With low energy consumption, they offer a cost-effective solution for transport tasks such as sorting, organising, positioning or feeding and discharging components. Parts are transported by individually configurable transport channels available in a wide variety of materials. In addition, transporters offer the benefits of low noise (60 dB), the absence of compressed air, easy automation and virtually maintenance-free operation. They are versatile, both in the metalworking and automotive industries as well as in the "Clean Line" version for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
